A simple step-by-step guide

First Day ...

Place one level teaspoon in a dry cup then add 1/4 cup of boiling water. Stir till the bubbling action stops, and fill the cup with additional hot water or juice until you have at least 8 ounces or more.

Sip or drink it like a tea. The taste is slightly lemon like. Remember to use boiling water because that activates All Calm.

Second Day ...

It is normal to increase or decrease the amount of All Calm taken based on your first day's results. Most people start from one teaspoon and gradually increase up to three teaspoons nightly if needed to achieve better results.

Please note, larger doses do not necessarily give better results. On occasion some people get 100% relief with as little as a half teaspoon a night.

Note: Use teaspoon, not tablespoon.

Now ...

Each day, following the second day, you should continue adjusting your dose to find your best results. The quantity needed varies from person to person. People report they feel perfect with anywhere from a half teaspoon to three teaspoons nightly.

By continuing All Calm each night in the following days, weeks and months, you will experience many major muscle and general body improvements.

• Juice may be added for taste.
